Starling
Pushed out of the nest by marauding Steelbeaks, Lenny finds themself in the middle of what seems to be a never-ending cycle trying to make it back home. Grow stronger generation after generation until one day you can make it back where you belong.
CONTROLS:
WASD/Arrow Keys - Weak flying, minor adjustments
Drag Left Mouse - Enter bullet time, launch yourself in a given direction.
Drag Right Mouse - Enter bullet time, fire a bullet in a given direction.
NOTES FOR PLAYING:
0. You will have much better experience if you have a mouse.
1. I recommend using Chrome. On Safari the mouse input often gets bugged and it won't register a mouse release until you move the mouse which makes it much less fun to play.
2. You can press backspace to skip each portion of the tutorial.
3. PRO-TIP #1: You can be charging a launch and a fire at the same time. This oversight sick tech makes it much easier to get out of swarms by keeping the right mouse button held down, while doing a series of precise launches with left mouse without ever leaving bullet time.
4. PRO-TIP #2: Flying towards the top of the screen and spam-clicking right mouse button is a surprisingly good way of killing enemies since they'll move (relatively slowly) up towards you.
5. I unfortunately ran out of time before being able to give the game a proper ending boss fight, or ending at all really.

Great work, u goated fr
This is really cool! Can't make it fullscreen though, which makes it easy to click out of the frame when aiming. Could you make the canvas width: 100%, height: 100% and make the camera FixedVertical(720.)?
